Device Requirements

ANDI is designed for desktop and laptop computers. Tablets are supported in landscape orientation.

Desktop or Laptop — Windows, macOS, or Chrome OS
Tablet — iPad or Android tablet in landscape mode
Minimum screen width — 768px for the full experience

Internet Connection

A stable broadband internet connection is required. ANDI processes classroom audio and delivers real-time AI-powered insights, which require a reliable connection.

Minimum speed — 5 Mbps download / 2 Mbps upload
Recommended — 10+ Mbps for smooth audio uploads

Audio Recording

To record lessons directly in ANDI, your browser will need permission to access your microphone. You can also upload pre-recorded audio files.

Microphone access — Grant browser permission when prompted
Supported upload formats — .m4a, .mp3, .wav, .webm, .ogg
Recommended — External microphone or headset for best transcription quality

Authentication

Sign in with your Google account or use a magic link sent to your email. Your school or district must add you to the ANDI platform before you can sign in.
